Your tasksDuring your 18-month trainee period, you will be intensively prepared for your future position as a collateral manager in risk management for corporate customers and renewable energy projects. You will get to know different areas and departments inside and outside of risk management and build up a bank-wide network. Stays in your later target department also offer you the opportunity to take on responsibility from day one and to acquire in-depth knowledge of ordering, evaluating and negotiating loan collateral in the German and international lending business. After successfully completing the program, you will quickly be given responsibility for your own customer portfolio and you can continue to develop in a specialist or management career. You choose a career that is specially tailored to your needs.
your profile Completed bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business law or a similar course. Non-specialist courses are also possible if suitable.
