Then we have something for you: Our Governance & Process Framework department is the bank-wide standard setter for the written order (SFO) and supports the strategic orientation and the success of Group Organization & Security.
As the central standard setter, we continue to develop the bank's governance and process framework. This includes the instructions, including the publication platform and the written regulations, as well as the structural and process organization (including the end-to-end process model) and other bank-wide standards. Your job is to continually improve and implement key governance issues. You will ensure, among other things, compliance of the bank's internal standards with external regulatory requirements.
This is what your five to six-month internship with us looks like:
You will work in a team of experienced specialists who are methodically responsible for and driving forward the bank-wide instruction system. In particular, you support us with a project that deals with the centralization of a previously decentralized role. After an induction phase, you will take on tasks independently. This includes, for example, organizing and supporting project discussions, developing concepts, creating instructions in German and English, and uploading documents and processes to the First Spirit and Adonis NP authoring systems. You work with collaboration tools such as JIRA. And because you value quality just as much as we do, you contribute to the success of our project with your commitment. In addition, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the structure, working methods and daily challenges of a bank - guaranteed!After a successfully completed internship, if you perform very well, you have the option of being accepted into our internal support program and thus remaining part of the team in the long term.
