The further development of the Delivery Organization (DO) and the management of a successful implementation of Strategy 2024 in the form of the Transformation Office are core components of our daily work. We are the direct contact for top management for all strategic issues relating to the DO. As an intern with us, you act at the center of this control:
Your daily tasks include supporting the organization and implementation of our management formats with top management. This will give you deep insights into the transformation of a large corporation. In addition to carrying out analyzes and evaluations independently, you will also be involved in the preparation of decision-making documents at board level and in the creation of presentations and concepts. You will be supported by experienced project managers with feedback and professional know-how.If you perform very well, you have the option of being included in our internal support program and thus remaining part of the team.
