Together we are building the digital consulting bank of tomorrow. Controlling the successful, bank-wide implementation of Strategy 2024 in our Transformation Offices is a core part of our daily work. We are the direct contact for top management on all strategic issues relating to (digital) transformation and the delivery organization.
Your tasks Together with a great team, you are actively involved in the strategic orientation of the delivery organization and accompany parts of the overall bank transformation with a high degree of personal responsibility. You proactively set important impulses for the further development of management and lead or accompany such projects. You actively control the project/initiative portfolio and seek regular exchange with those responsible. You manage complex relationships with your DO/consulting and project expertise, analytical skills and high solution orientation to a quick result.
