Your tasks Support for key account managers as sales assistants in day-to-day business Independent preparation and support in the onboarding process Obtaining, checking and creating the necessary documents, data maintenance, etc. Creation of complex account management documents and creation of further contractual documents Independent exercise of sales-related activities, including direct customer contact (by telephone / in writing) recording, analysis and processing of day-to-day business transactions (e.g. complaints, account changes, reference letters) Provision of individual complex services for major customers, including possible customer-related project work Qualified preparation and follow-up of customer appointments (procurement, analysis, processing and billing) Account dispositions using COMADI on behalf of the corporate customer advisor Procurement of qualified information material ( IT systems / research sources) Data maintenance in IT systems your profileReal team player with a high level of service orientation and personal responsibility!

Completed training as a bank clerk or comparable commercial training, gladly supplemented by a banking specialist qualification or training/job-integrated course (e.g. vocational academy or university for banking)Professional Experience
