Your tasks Preparing and moderating scrum meetings such as Backlog Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and being responsible for conducting the Sprint Retrospective; Regularly communicating with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in the team and taking care of overarching tasks (such as cluster retro or Cluster Demo); Supporting the Product Owner with different tasks such as processing of the product backlog and prioritization and regularly coordinating all content issues with the Product Owner; Leading, advising, coaching and supporting the core team/agile team so that it ultimately becomes a self-organizing, self-responsible and highly productive team; Moderating decision-making processes, problem solving and conflicts within the Scrum team, leading the impediment backlog and escalating it; Other tasks related to the job. Your profile Deep understanding of different Agile frameworks and Scrum Methodology; Professional experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team; Excellent coaching skills; Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (such as Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, etc.); Critical thinker with problem-solving and time-management skills; Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills; Fluency in German – both written and spoken; Fluency in English – both written and spoken; University degree in IT or relevant.

This team is responsible for key credit products and their processes, from product development to IT operations routing, audit proofed credit documentation to electronic credit decision data and processes as well as pricing mechanisms and systems.
