Your tasks You identify, motivate and win the right candidates as a recruiting expert You advise the recruiting team on interviewing and the appropriate selection of applicants You are responsible for HR marketing and the local recruiting strategy and observe HR trends on the market You work hand in hand in the area of personnel administration Your goal is to continuously improve the internal recruiting process You organize and accompany recruiting events (e.g. trade fairs) You are responsible for the cooperation with the regional universities for the recruitment of young people your profile You have preferably successfully completed a degree in economics with a focus on human resources management or comparable training You have at least two years of professional experience in recruiting You are a communicative and empathetic personality You approach other people and act in networks You have an independent and proactive personality Working method You are familiar with the recruiting processes and also with social networks.
