Your tasks Independent content-conceptual development, planning and implementation of communication measures on finance and strategy topics across all target groups and channels, in particular internal and external communication on the regular dates of financial reporting, on the general meeting, in the context of ad hoc announcements and the Accompaniment of M&A Technical management and control of project teams in the context of finance and strategy communication Focus on content: Regulation, macroeconomic topics as well as the communicative support and control of internal regulatory projects (resolution, risk mitigation) Checking and approval of the decision templates developed in the team as well as the produced assets or implementation of corresponding QA processes related to the respective board, segment or topic Independent, well-founded development and production of the means of communication on the basis of the technical briefings and in accordance with regulatory requirements on finance and strategy topics, in particular
- Creation of concepts and decision templates
- Development of viable narratives/storylines
- Set up and coordination of targeted planning and creation processes
- Active preparation and management of project-related routines
