Your tasksAs part of a demanding trainee program, you will be part of our team in the corporate strategy of Commerzbank AG right from the start. Together with us you will shape Commerzbank's cross-divisional strategy. This includes the identification of the need for change and the definition of solution options as well as tracking the implementation of the strategy.
From day one you take responsibility for your own topics, such as creating market, company and competition analyses. Together in a team you work on the review and the further development of strategic guidelines. For this you bring your very good analytical skills and regularly create well-founded documents for internal and external stakeholders. You recognize trends and developments that are relevant for Commerzbank, which you use to create recommendations for action for the board of directors together in a team.
