Your tasksAs part of the risk function, we are partners and service providers for sales and customers when times are difficult. During your 18-month training program, you will become part of our team and, together with internal and external partners, develop individual strategies for the way to calmer times. During this time you will be intensively prepared for the task as Intensive Care Officer in the Group Credit Risk Management RP Restructuring SME & Private department. The way there is as demanding as it is exciting. During your training you will get to know different areas / departments inside and outside of risk management (e.g. new business decisions, customer service / sales, early risk detection, asset solutions, loan processing units) and build up a bank-wide network. Your motivation for a traineeship with us would be an interest and possibly initial experience in the lending business with private, entrepreneurial or corporate customers, enjoyment of well-founded analysis work and the ability to record/evaluate complex business contexts and an interest in getting to the bottom of problems. In this function, you will then be responsible for looking after problematic or defaulted credit commitments with private and business customers who require intensive treatment or restructuring due to their risk profile. This function includes risk analysis and customer support. You represent the interests of the bank, possibly contrary to the interests of the borrower or his other creditors. Your goal will be to reduce the risks for the bank with appropriate use of resources, to achieve the sustainable restructuring of the customer and to keep him for the bank as far as economically reasonable.
