Your tasksWould you like to work on exciting capital market transactions in our Global Sectors and German Multinational Clients (MNC) department in the corporate customers segment and carry out strategic analyzes to win mandates from our large corporate customers (DAX and MDAX)?
As a member of the GS&MNC Client Analytics team:
you prepare market and company analyzes with a view to strategic issues of our customers using cash flow planning models and using the methodologies of the leading rating agencies you support the creation of customer presentations on the topics of corporate financing (syndicated loans, bonds, ABS, hybrids, etc.) , Equity Capital Markets (IPO, Capital Increase, Convertibles), M&A (acquisition financing and sector analysis) and other comprehensive corporate finance solutions, you will create industry and peer group analyses, you will develop suitable financing structures for company acquisitions and restructuring, and you will provide support with complex debt financing in the credit and negotiation process your profileAre you enthusiastic about these topics and do you have a high willingness to perform and learn? Ideally, you should bring the following with you:
