Your tasksAs a trainee in the Institutional Clients department in Frankfurt, you will support account managers for banks and the public sector in Europe and North America. The customer advisors are responsible for the sale of cash management, trade finance and capital market products as well as bilateral and syndicated loans together with the respective product units. You are responsible for the preparation of customer appointments with a cross-product analysis of sales and earnings potential through to the conclusion of the contract and the follow-up of customer meetings - and you accompany relationship managers at their customer appointments. Together with the relationship managers, you act as the primary contact for customer questions and support them in portfolio management, the allocation of credit lines and KYC processes. Your work also includes "Data Science" and "Smart Automation" tasks with the aim of identifying customer needs through analysis of data and increasing efficiencies in the work processes of the team. The Institutional Clients & Transaction Banking Sales (ICTBS) executive division has customer responsibility and sales expertise for domestic and foreign banks, central banks and selected non-bank financial institutions (e.g. insurance companies, pension funds, etc.). In addition, he is responsible for the domestic and foreign sales units, which use their expertise to take care of the cash management and trade finance business of our corporate customers. In these business areas, we support our customers worldwide - in our foreign branches, subsidiaries and in our representative offices throughout the world's economic centers - with the aim of meeting the performance requirements of our customers and further intensifying business relationships.
