Our student trainee program offers you the opportunity to get to know the tasks of an IT department “live”, to contribute your experience and to try out and get to know new things.

During the semester you will work up to 20 hours a week with us. You are also welcome to support us full-time during the semester break!

There is also the option of writing your bachelor's / master's thesis in cooperation with Commerz Real AG or joining our trainee program after successful completion.

Your tasks You research and evaluate (potential) service companies for group-wide IT outsourcing management You advise and analyze the background and possibilities of IT outsourcing - you work closely with our IT outsourcing manager You strengthen our cross-departmental knowledge management You carry out routine work independently and communicate relevant results You support in digitization and IT projects your profile You are studying economics, information science, (business) computer science, mathematics, physics or a comparable course of study You have basic IT knowledge from the application (e.g. Microsoft Office) and optionally also from the provision (e.g. cloud computing) You are interested in at least two the following topics: information technology, sourcing, outsourcing, controlling, risk management, procurement, supply chain management, service management and knowledge management You enjoy analyzing problems, researching and systematizing information and thinking outside the box when it comes to solutions You enjoy working in a team, but you can also act independently and on your own responsibility if necessary You have fluent German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as at least good English skills, both spoken and written Our benefits Flexible working Employee conditions Diversity Friendly working environment Inspiring corporate culture Mobility promotion Diverse tasks
